• How long will my order take to ship?

Most items will ship within 3 business days of their order date. Special orders will take 3-4 weeks to ship, should there be a delay we will notify you immediately.

  • How is my order shipped?

Shipping method can be selected during check out. 

  • Can I track my order?

Tracking included at no additional charge. You will receive an email with tracking number when your item has been shipped. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at the moment. 

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

Your jewelry will arrive individually packaged in custom Philip David Jewelry boxes ready for gift giving. If you would like the note to include a short personal message, please contact us after you order with your request.

  • Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes, you can order online and pick-up at our local store:

  • Please wait for email notification before picking up your order.

  • Your order confirmation ID will be needed for pickup.

  • Order will be ready in 1-3 business days.

  • Store hours: Tuesday - Saturday 11am-5pm

  • Items may be returned for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date, providing the jewelry is in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable.

  • Please send us a message briefly explaining the reason for return in the email and preference of exchange with another in-stock item or for a store credit. You will then be issued a return number.

  • We must receive the jewelry within the 14 day window to process your store credit.

  • The customer is responsible for safe return shipping with a tracking number. Philip David Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping back to us.

  • Designers we represent stand by their work. We will handle repairs of pieces purchased from us  through the original designer when possible.

  • Cost to be determined by the designer.

  • Please contact us if you need a ring sized and we will be happy to help you. 

  • Depending on the nature of other repairs or alterations, a charge may apply. Please contact us with your inquiry and we will let you know how to proceed.

  • Handmade products may vary slightly in design and size.

  • Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
