  • Items may be returned for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date, providing the jewelry is in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt.

  • SALE items are Final Sale and may not be exchanged or returned for store credit.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable.

  • Online purchases can be brought back to our West Hartford store or shipped back to us.

  • Returns shipped to the store require a Return Process Number (RPN). 

  • Please send us a message briefly explaining the reason for return in the email and preference of exchange with another in-stock item or for a store credit. You will then be issued a return number.

  • We must receive the jewelry within the 14 days window to process your store credit.

  • The customer is responsible for safe return shipping with a tracking number. 

  • Philip David Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping back to us.
